Not with the Fuze, but I have reason to rant with AT&T. As mentioned we are a Fuze family. 3 weeks ago mom calls me because something is wrong with her Fuze and she needed to return it. No Problem except AT&T wanted her Fuze before they would send another one. She wanted one immediately. The only way to do this was pay $377.00 (s&h) and she could return broke phone anytime? Since she did not have $377.00 she call me!! This is March 5th.
OK, Calm down mom. We get back on the phone with AT&T and order this phone. When done, I'm told with in 5 working days. I tell him no, we want it NOW and that is why the $377.00. After a few minutes he returns and states he cannot cancel that order, he would have to create another order with overnight shipping option. and when other phone arrives, reject the package. He does another order and goes "Damm" shipping came up 5 working days. The third time he gets it correct for $412.00. OK, we have used my card 3 times to the tune of $1166.00 for this darn phone. This is 9:00AM March 5th (this is important to remember!)
On Monday, March 9 the old lady is pissed because she still did not get her phone. Call AT&T. The order was not processed until 6:18PM March 6! (2 days later). The phone arrives @ 1:30PM on the 9th. Great all is good and she is happy. Im told when we receive the other phones, I get my $754 back. The other phones were rejected on March 10 (the next day) and were rejected as requested.
SIDE NOTE: On March 13, Bank of America cancelled my card for Security reasons (I was living in Stockholm for 6 months and when I got these phones, kicked of security alert) I got new card overnighted with Saturday delivery (which I had to pay for!)
OK, using the Tracking number they provided, these phones were delivered March 17, 2008. I call and ask where is my money. I was told 16 days until I went off and was told the transactions were cancelled and I should have my money back in my account tomorrow. I was told she would call me at 10:00AM on the 18th.
I slacked a little (busy at work) and did not check, but as of the 21st I do not have the money. But it hit me, maybe AT&T tried to put that money on my old card and Bank of America rejected it?

Yesterday I call and after 50 minutes and speaking to 4 people with this story, I get another guy that promises to help me. He e-mails the original girl that stated she was going to help. States he will call me at 7:00PM to ensure I got call.
He calls at 7:00PM and I state I did not get any call and my phone has not left my side. States he is sending e-mail to manager. He will call me March 24 (today) at 12 noon to check on me.
I get call at Noon from him and here is where Im really pissed.
1. Both the original woman and her manager stated they did try to call but the number was disconnected? WTF? a.) They are AT&T and know darn right well my number is not disconnected and b.) How did HE just call me?
2. He stated Good news that order was credited back to your card. I ask how as you do not have my credit card number. They credited to the number on the original invoice (EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO!) So now he states "when the bank rejects it, accounting with send you a check!"
We all know how long this will take!! Look at the $50.00 rebate!!!!
