Well, I think I have finally decided that I want to try my hand with a cooked ROM. Mainly wanting the new TF3D and WM 6.5 Pro.

The latest official ROM is showing more and more annoying things with it and I don't want to go back because the original ROM was just too slow.

WM6.5 via a cooked ROM looks to be really nice, stable and so far, FAST!

This includes WM 6.5 and yeah, he has been updating daily, but this seems to be the last update for a bit and most stable build out right now, so this is the one I am trying. (I have been following this ROM for a bit)

Additionally, let me know if the install worked like the authorized RRU from HTC. I have 3-day weekend and might do it then if Im good with it!

Fast, stable and clean!! There are a few things that can use a little work, but remember, WM6.5 is still in development!!!

Read the first several posts on the thread so you can get an idea of what you are going to end up with, LOTS of screen shots.

Once you install the ROM and have it running, download and install:

I installed a newer radio from here (OPTIONAL: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=439566

I installed: 1.14.25.05 - Raphael Radio (04-13-09)

There is a ROM update file and a cab file. Flash the new radio, then install the CAB to the DEVICE!

DO NOT INSTALL: 1.14.25.35 - There have been issues where phones will no longer boot with this radio unless you Hard Reset.

Other than that, it all went smoothly... BE SURE TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Another note... DO THE HARD RESET WHEN IT TELLS YOU TOO IN THE FIRST LINK I POINTED TOO!!! Do NOT skip this step!!!

Click the link above, copy the .CAB File, Install (I did a Soft Reset to be safe) and you will find it here:

Start > Settings > Personal > Voice Command

Removing an Email Account:

Start > System > Messaging > Menu > Tools > Options (Be sure you are not in the middle of a Send/Receive at the time or options will be grey'd out)

You will see a list of all your Email Accounts on this screen.

Use your Stylus to "Click" and HOLD the account you want to Delete and a Delete option will show.

OK, I did get and download the .rar thing before we posted.

I tried to do this 3 times with no success. it stays at 0% for about 30 seconds and then goes into recovery. recovery has you unplug the cable, take out the battery for 3 seconds, put it back in and turn it on. I do not have further recovery because phone recovers by itself to original state?

Man you should be ashamed. A 14 year old boy beat you to this. haha

OK, I got it. (I needed a bottle of Remy' and case of Bud!)

DAMM!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not sign up for this!!!! This baby KILLS!!!!!

ThrottleLock Jammed on me, but I was not using it anyway. Also NuDyanamicClock I did not install as I was not using it anyway (I play with my phone too much and it never really goes to sleep?) YEEPPE!!

Need to get used to WM6.5
