I have EnergyROM Akeo/Leo (just look at my signature). Anyway when I wake up my phone I see weather for "Grantwood" initially. Does anyone know where the heck this is? State or Country?

I have the same issue with mine.  It updates to my location but sometimes much more specific than I would like.  When I'm at home, rather than putting in the city title, it puts in the title of the area, not even a town or anything... Kinda weird but the weather is still accurate.

I found if you turn off the HTC location service it stops doing this but with google maps installed, it constantly asks for me to turn it back on when its off...

I just learned to live with it.

OK, this is bugging me to no end!!!!

I happen to wake up at 12:35AM. It was "12:35AM and Sunny in Grantwood!" Few minutes later, it was "12:40AM and Sunny in Ft. Lee, NJ!" I have been in 120 different countries, unless your in the North Pole, the sun is not out at Midnight!!!!

gbarayah, got your message. There is no area around here of "Grantwood." I did google maps. not only does it do this at home, it does it at work 13 miles away!!!!

the only thing I can think of, its cooked into the ROM to automatically look for this city? Personally, I do not care, just want to know where the heck is "Grantwood?"
