no, it's a real phone, i've seen it on other places too. it IS like that. i really think it's HTC touch pro (first i thought mine is too but then i realised its a fuze), let me copy an answer from xda -
most touch pro got front cameras too ment for video calls and msg and skype
of cause it's a bit of a problem that msg & skype for windows mobile don't support video calls
can't think of any wm IM which support video chat

Holy crap, what do you know, they do! Only one problem, Version is GSM/HSDPA. Meaning (more or less) stay in the United States!!!! Your Fuze is CDMA, which is the network used globally (some countries have GSM, but the list is short) Not to mention, you can unlock it but then what are you going to do with it? You can take it to Sprint but do you think they will turn on a competiors phone? No, they want you to purchase one of theres.
I can leave AT&T, Go to T-Mobile and get a cheap (or free) phone, remove the SIM and put in my Fuze!
